In The Dish is about eating and sharing food with the ones that we love as well as sharing it with a community that is as passionate. I've had the opportunity to study at one of NYC's top rated culinary schools, worked in the kitchen at Cafe Falai, Eataly, Esca, The Breslin, The Rainbow Room, Lollapalooza, Chicago Q and Gurney's Montauk.

Born in Brooklyn I have been surrounded by my family who believed in simply prepared food with fresh grown and locally sourced ingredients instilling the same fundamentals in me at a very early age.
